Born and raised in Asheville North Carolina, Julianne Lally received her Bachelors of Art from Bennington College in Bennington Vermont with a concentration in Lithography and Letterpress. Her work explores themes of sexuality, female aggression, humor, and the awkwardness of everyday life. She interested in the mastery of printmaking techniques, both laborious and demanding, subverting labor into that which is intimate, playful, and strange.

She has worked as an aprentice collaborative Lithographer both regionally and abroad. Her work has been featured in Usdan Galleries 2026 senior show, Tell Us When You Find it.
